CR10 memory corruption, data base jumbled or satellites disappear.
We were finally able to duplicate the problem and found that D105 was bad. It had been surged but was not totally blown. We advise you to remove D105 temporarily from the circuit on any CR10 that is having this problem in the field. If this solves the problem, replace with new 1N6269 zener diode.
